due Standards as follows:
  carried out by LGA Laboratory (Germany):

      - DIN 4550
        Size  according to DIN 4551, up to 400 mm.
      - DIN 4551

  carried out by ENTELA Laboratory (U.S.A.):
- ANSI / BIFMA X 5.1 - 1993 CHAIR TEST STANDARDS
- GSA INTENSIVE USE 83 - 269 E CHAIR STANDARDS

The following parts have gone through a nitriding treatment
to get a great resistance against corrosion (much higher
than that of hard chrome):
a) Gas supporting cylinder's tube Ř
c) Triggering valve's axle.
The remaining metal parts being under environmental
conditions have gone through surface treatments which
guarantee successful results against corrosion.
Gas spring's operation is monitored according to given
quality standars: 100% of finished gas springs and supplied
to our customers are tested and checked at least twice
(spaced in time).


GAIN was established in 1980 . Originally, it was dedicated to machining components, precision mechanics, grinding, turning, lapping, etc., using Numerical Control Machines (CNC) to this avail. In 1984, GAIN started to manufacture gas cylinders for chair height regulation.

GAIN is constantly updating its technology as well as developing its capacity in order to improve its efficiency . All the activities and function developed are conceived and carried out only one target in mind: client satisfaction.

Its prestige has allowed GAIN to sell and consolidate its product in Europe, United States, South America, South Africa, Asia and Australia.
